I picked this book at random to read to my daughter while we were on the metro. I must say we both rather enjoyed it. My daughter is young (5 yrs)... perhaps a little too young for the intended market. This is the first chapter book that she consistently had me read over time until we finish the book. We are looking forward to the next installment.
